Hello, I´m pleased to present myself:
My name is HELMUT K. BRUNNER, I´m of German nationality.
Since March 1965 I have lived in Southern Spain. For the first 18 years I was dedicated professionally in establishing tourism at the Costa del Sol as manager of the incoming tourist business on behalf of the leading German tour operator NUR - Neckermann und Reisen, Frankfurt/M.
1986 I founded the real estate agency SOL INMOBILIARIA S.L. at the Costa de la Luz, one of the most successful companies in the province of Cadiz. I handed the business over to my son Thomas and to the most loyal and experienced co-workers.
Since 1st of January 2007, I officially retired, nevertheless I still continue through one of the subsidiary companies of SOL, RESIDENCIAL NUEVA ZAHARA S.L. abbreviated RENUZA S.L. running in the past its own promotions company with a stock capital of 500.000€, founded in 1997.
The new purpose and challenge is the sales of selected properties with high price reductions, specially those relative to properties close to Golf courses.
