 According to the Spanish law, the deed of the weeks´ property can be inscripted into the Property Register of Spain.
The cost for gardening, water, gas, electricity, weekly cleaning, maintenance, administration and community fees, will be approx. Euro 245 per week.
(2 weeks or more 215 Euro per week)
The payments of the purchasing will be deposited at the Notary until 80% of the week´s
property has been reached and then transferred to the ownership against the signed deed.
The administration will be undertaken by SOL INMOBILIARIA during the first 2 years and the continuation will later be approved by the Community.
